These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Print My Mags, your purchases, and the artwork or files you submit for custom printing.
Made For You
Customized products are created from the product, artwork and layout submitted with your order.
No Returns
Customized products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Keep It Legal
You may only submit artwork you are legally entitled to use and that complies with these terms.
Acceptance Of These Terms
By accessing or using PrintMyMags.com, creating an account, uploading artwork, placing an order or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the website or submit an order.
Legal Eligibility
You may only purchase products from Print My Mags if you are legally capable of entering into a binding transaction and are legally permitted to purchase, receive, possess and use the product in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for determining whether any product, magazine capacity, configuration or other feature is lawful where you live or where the product will be shipped.
Order Acceptance
Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance. Print My Mags may refuse, cancel or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including for legal compliance, inventory issues, payment problems, suspected fraud, prohibited artwork or technical errors.
If an order is canceled before production by Print My Mags, any applicable payment adjustment or refund will be handled as appropriate.
Products Are Tested Before Printing
Every item is inspected, tested and confirmed functional before printing or customization begins.
Once an item has passed our pre-print testing and customization has begun, it becomes a personalized made-to-order product.
No Returns Or Exchanges
All customized products are final sale.
Print My Mags does not accept returns or exchanges on customized products, including requests arising from a change of mind, artwork preference, color preference, approved artwork placement or deciding that you no longer want the item.
Please review your product selection and customization carefully before submitting your order.
Prohibited Content & Artwork
You may not upload, submit, request, transmit or attempt to have Print My Mags produce content that is unlawful, exploitative, abusive or otherwise prohibited by these terms.
Prohibited material includes, without limitation:
- Child sexual abuse material or any sexual, exploitative or pornographic depiction of a minor.
- Sexual content involving anyone who appears to be a minor, regardless of how the content was created.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery or sexually exploitative content.
- Material that contains credible threats, encourages targeted violence or unlawfully facilitates violent harm.
- Material that promotes, supports or facilitates terrorism or violent extremist activity where prohibited by law.
- Content that unlawfully incites violence, harassment or discrimination against a person or group.
- Illegal pornography, unlawful obscene material or sexually exploitative material.
- Fraudulent, counterfeit, deceptive or impersonating content.
- Stolen artwork or content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights or other intellectual property rights.
- Malware, malicious code or files intended to interfere with our website, systems or production process.
- Content that violates any applicable federal, state, local or other law.
- Content that Print My Mags reasonably determines to be excessively hateful, harassing, abusive, exploitative, shocking or otherwise inappropriate for production.
Print My Mags reserves the right to refuse any artwork or order at our discretion.
When we reasonably believe content may violate applicable law, we may preserve, restrict, disclose or report information when required or permitted by law and may cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
You Must Have The Right To Use It
You represent and warrant that you own, control or otherwise have all permissions and legal rights necessary to upload, reproduce and print the artwork, photographs, logos, text, trademarks and other content submitted with your order.
You may not submit artwork simply because you found it online.
You are responsible for obtaining any licenses, permissions or releases required for the content you submit.
Permission To Produce Your Order
By uploading content, you grant Print My Mags a limited, non-exclusive license to store, copy, resize, render, process and reproduce that content as reasonably necessary to provide previews, prepare production files, manufacture your customized product, fulfill your order and provide customer support.
This production license does not transfer ownership of your artwork to Print My Mags.
We May Review Uploaded Files
Files submitted to Print My Mags may be reviewed manually or automatically for production quality, fraud prevention, safety, legal compliance and enforcement of these terms.
Submission of a file does not create an obligation for Print My Mags to print it.
Design Placement & Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing their customization, artwork placement, orientation, spelling, images and other design selections before placing an order.
Digital previews are intended to help visualize the finished design but may not perfectly represent every physical contour, surface texture or production characteristic.
Color & Appearance
Screen displays, device settings, lighting, material color, surface texture and printing conditions may cause the physical product to appear somewhat different from an on-screen preview.
Exact color matching between a digital display and a printed physical product is not guaranteed.
Printed Surfaces & Wear
Printed and decorated surfaces may experience cosmetic wear, scratching, abrasion or fading over time.
Areas exposed to repeated contact or friction may show wear faster than lower-contact areas.
Normal cosmetic wear from use is not considered a returnable condition.
Changes & Cancellations
If you need to request an order change or cancellation, contact us immediately.
Customized orders may enter production quickly, so changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.
Once customization or printing has begun, an order cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged.
Prices & Payment
Prices, product availability, promotions and shipping charges may change without notice.
You agree to provide current and accurate payment and billing information when placing an order.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, product or technical errors and cancel an affected order when necessary.
Shipping Terms
Shipping, delivery, address requirements and final-sale information are also governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy .
Carrier transit estimates are not guarantees, and circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
Product & Destination Restrictions
Product legality may vary by jurisdiction.
You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to your purchase, receipt, possession, transportation and use.
Print My Mags may decline or cancel orders when we determine that fulfillment may violate applicable law or shipping restrictions.
Acceptable Use Of The Site
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy protected content in violation of law, introduce malicious code, abuse account systems or use the service for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
Print My Mags Content
The Print My Mags name, branding, website design, graphics, software, templates, product photography and other original site content are owned by or licensed to Print My Mags and may be protected by intellectual property laws.
These terms do not grant you ownership of Print My Mags intellectual property.
Website & Service Availability
We work to keep the website and services available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Website features, products and customization tools may be changed, suspended or discontinued when reasonably necessary.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Print My Mags will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of this website, delayed delivery, uploaded content or customized products.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Claims Related To Your Content
You are responsible for the artwork and other content you submit.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses or costs resulting from content you submit that infringes another person's rights or violates applicable law or these terms.
Privacy Policy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Print My Mags Privacy Policy .
Severability
If any portion of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
Changes To These Terms
Print My Mags may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The updated version will be posted on this page and identified by the revised "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of the website after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
