Sending In Your Magazine: What Happens Next

After your paid order is received and reviewed, we’ll email shipping instructions to the email address entered at checkout within 1–2 business days. That email will include the shipping address, preparation instructions, and return-shipping arrangements.

Please wait for that email before shipping your magazine. If instructions haven’t arrived after two business days, check your spam folder, then contact info@printmymags.com with your order number.

What to Include Inside Your Package

Include a printed order confirmation or a clearly written note containing:

  • Your order number.
  • Your full name and checkout email address.
  • The exact magazine model.
  • Any artwork-placement instructions, including which image belongs on each side if you ordered two different designs.

How to Package Your Magazine

  • Send the magazine completely unloaded. Do not include ammunition, firearms, or unrelated accessories.
  • The magazine should be clean, dry, and free of dirt, loose debris, and excess oil.
  • Wrap each magazine individually in bubble wrap or protective padding.
  • Use a sturdy shipping box with enough cushioning to prevent movement. Do not ship it loose in an unpadded envelope.
  • Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number.

Printing suitability depends on the magazine’s condition, material, coating, and available printable surface. Contact us before ordering or shipping any unlisted model, different finish, or modified magazine. Do not send damaged magazines without contacting us first.

Shipping Costs

The service price covers printing. You are responsible for shipping your magazine to Print My Mags and for return shipping. Our posted shipping restrictions also apply to return shipments.
